Cinderella – a Panto (2012)

As its final production of 2012, Entity Theatre e.V. presented Cinderella – A Panto, written and directed by Anne Wollstein and produced by David Godden. “Cinderella”, one of the best-loved fairy tales of all time, is to be performed in Munich for the first time as a traditional British panto. The panto in Britain, dating back to the 17th century, has always been a standard part of Christmas entertainment, incorporating slapstick, cross-dressing, in-jokes, song and dance routines, wicked characters and, of course, a love story but, most important of all, lots of audience participation. British humour at its best, enchanting and fun. A treat for the whole family.
