A Night of “Passion”

After far too long an absence, Entity’s 24 Hour Festival roared back into life on 16/17 May at Pepper Theatre. And what a night it was: the audience turned up in numbers and was subsequently treated to five strikingly original variations on the given theme of passion.

There were dystopian visions of a bleak future along with tales of love in a cheese-shop, stories of shipwreck and adventure next to heartfelt examinations of the blurry line between love and control, passion keeling into obsession. The creativity, invention and sheer storytelling brio of our contestants seemed to know no bounds.

All five groups rose to their challenge in the most magnificent way and a great time was had by all.

The 24 Hour Festival is back and it is here to stay.
