Playwriting Workshop with Michael Goodwin Hilton (2026)
From Page to Stage: Unleash Your Voice on March 1st!
Have you ever wondered what it takes to turn a spark of an idea into a standing ovation? Join us for an immersive afternoon of creative expression and a rare glimpse behind the curtains of professional playwriting.
The workshop is an introduction to the foundations of writing for the theatre. We will explore both the technical considerations pertaining to structure as well as the creative process by which ideas are channeled into dialogue and action. We will proceed with the conviction that playwriting is both an exercise in discipline as well as an expression of freedom. Through active creative exercises and supportive group feedback, you’ll not only strengthen your writing but find a community of fellow creators. Join us and turn your “what if” into “Act I”.
